Blow Molding High density polyethylene bottles in the size & color you want are produced in house.
All of our 500ml (1 US pint), 1-litre (1 US quart), 4-litre plastic (1 US gallon) and 5-litre bottles are manufactured in our facility. Each one is made of high-density polyethylene resin pellets that are heated, poured into a mold and then injected with air to form the bottle’s shape. This process can produce up to 3,000 1-litre or 2,000 4-litre bottles per hour. Manufacturing our own bottles allows for superior inventory control and flexibility to produce bottles in any color.
